Cabinet Parts To Go Policies

Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered by 3rd party freight carriers, therefore: Cabinet Parts To Go does not guarantee, at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any date and/or time frame listed in a contract or on our website are estimates only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Cabinet Parts To Go is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed, or damaged product orders due to 3rd party shipping errors, acts of nature, labor strikes, or any other event that occurs with 3rd party freight carriers that is out of our control. 

When an order is received, immediately and carefully open and inspect all items for any potential damage that occurred during transit. If damage has occurred, please note in detail on the Bill of Lading and collect photo evidence. Contact Cabinet Parts To Go right away via our contact email to report such damage. Do not refuse the product as this does not excuse the customer from payment. No refunds will be given, however, we will do what we can to help resolve the issue in the most timely manner and initiate a production request to replace the damaged parts.

Warranty Policy

Cabinet component parts, in normal use, are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date.
We do not guarantee any wood products against warping so be sure to store materials in a covered and dry location. No payment will be made for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

To obtain warranty replacement, please return the defective part(s) to Cabinet Parts To Go located at: 9538 SW Tigard Street Tigard, OR 97223 indicating the issue along with proof of purchase & detailed photo(s). You may alternatively email us the detailed photos of the issue & proof of purchase to services@cabinetpartstogo.com. If inspection by Cabinet Parts To Go determines the part(s) to have a defect in material or workmanship, Cabinet Parts To Go will replace part(s) without charge. The amount of liability is limited to the purchase price excluding taxes and delivery.

Refund / Cancellation / Return Policies

NO Cancellations / No Returns / No Refunds Policy on CUSTOM manufactured orders.

Cabinet component parts manufactured by Cabinet Parts To Go are custom-made to order and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return once the order has been placed.  All sales of manufactured parts are final.
